DD Mau Chinatown is proud to host its first Vietnamese collaboration dinner — a one-night-only experience bringing together iconic flavours, fresh perspectives, and a shared love for Vietnamese food.

For the evening, DD Mau joins forces with the Lunch Lady team to present a 6-course tasting menu that reimagines Vietnamese cuisine beyond the familiar. Expect bold flavours, elevated techniques, and deeply comforting dishes designed to surprise and delight.

Drinks will be curated by Nomo Nomo, bringing their signature izakaya-inspired energy into the space. Their playful, thoughtful cocktails are crafted to complement each course and keep the vibes flowing all night.

This is Vietnamese food seen through a new lens — collaborative, creative, and rooted in community.
