Our dynamic collaborative dinner series FEAST & FRIENDS returns to DD Mau Chinatown on March 15, 2025 for its fourth volume.
For this edition, DD Mau (Chef Tyler Hoang) welcomes Chef JJ Hwang and Kyle Macintosh of NUI, alongside bartender Lauren Park (Nomo Nomo, formerly of Chupito). Together, the team brings a thoughtful dialogue between kitchen and bar, pairing modern Korean and Vietnamese flavours with a cocktail program rooted in Korean-inspired interpretations of familiar classics.
Rooted in collaboration and cultural exchange, this multi-course tasting menu thoughtfully weaves together Vietnamese and Korean flavours, techniques, and traditions. Expect deeply layered broths, vibrant herbs, house-made ferments, nostalgic street food references, and contemporary presentations — all guided by a shared philosophy that is ingredient-driven, balanced, and grounded in heritage.
